Особенности

Конденсатный насос КС 12 представляет собой агрегат, который используется для перекачивания конденсата в паровых сетях электростанций. Это горизонтальные многоступенчатые приборы одностороннего подвода перекачиваемой среды к рабочему валу. Применяется для электростанций, которые используют органическое топливо, чтобы перекачивать конденсат, формируемый в пароводяных сетях, жидких сред, по свойствам и структуре схожих с конденсатом.

Среда, перекачиваемая агрегатами, может иметь показатель водородной активности в пределах 6,8-9,2, не более 5 мг твердых примесей на литр среды, при этом размер частиц допускается до 0,1 мм. Перекачиваемая среда может иметь температуру не более 125 градусов.

В конструкции насоса используется несколько материалов с различными свойствами:

  • Проточная часть изготовлена из серого чугуна;

  • Для изготовления вала используется сталь марки 45-3ГП;

  • Для уплотнения вала используется двойное сальниковое уплотнительное кольцо.

Насосы КС 12 представляют собой центробежные насосы, имеющие ротор, который вращается на двух подшипниковых опорах. Для привода агрегата используется асинхронный трехфазный мотор, который передает усилие посредством специальной соединительной муфты. Допускается эксплуатация оборудования на предприятиях, где нет вероятности взрывов или возгораний. Разрешено использовать насос на предприятиях электроэнергетики, а также в промышленных котельных.

Устройство

Насосный агрегат изготовлен из многоступенчатого конденсатного насоса с односторонним входом в сочетании с приводным электромотором. Все компоненты установки объединены посредством соединительной муфты.

Патрубок всасывания направлен вертикальное вниз, а напорный патрубок направлен горизонтально. Оба патрубка расположены в нижней части корпуса, поэтому обслуживание устройства облегчается, не требуется отсоединять его от трубопроводов.

За вращение ротора отвечает две подшипниковые опоры. Для уравновешивания осевых сил, которые действуют на ротор, используется размещение входов рабочих колес в противоположные стороны. Все компоненты устройства отличаются высоким качеством и надежностью.
